A presidente do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais (Inep), Malvina Tuttman, entregará pessoalmente à Justiça Federal de Fortaleza, na segunda-feira, a argumentação do Ministério da Educação (MEC) contrária ao cancelamento do Enem 2011. O pedido de anulação foi feito pelo Ministério Público Federal do Ceará. O MPF quer que o exame seja declarado nulo ou, pelo menos, que as 14 questões copiadas sejam invalidadas.
Em entrevista à Rádio CBN, na sexta-feira, Malvina reiterou que o Inep não pretende cancelar o Enem ou as questões:
– O MEC não trabalha com esta hipótese. Ele trabalha na defesa do princípio da isonomia e da Justiça para todos – afirmou.
A presidente do Inep sugeriu que o Colégio Christus, de Fortaleza (CE), premeditou o uso indevido de questões do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio 2011 (Enem) em material didático distribuído a alunos dias antes do teste. Segundo Malvina, o processo utilizado pela escola para obter as questões pode ser comparado a um furto. Ela reiterou que o caso está sendo investigado pela Polícia Federal e evitou cravar as acusações. Mas reforçou o tom adotado na véspera pelo ministro Fernando Haddad, que declarou que professores da escola teriam copiado cadernos de questões do pré-teste do Enem, aplicado com um ano de antecedência pelo Inep, com a finalidade de aferir o grau de dificuldade dos itens.
– Um ano atrás, a escola possivelmente premeditou a utilização de questões indevidas, porque esse é um processo sigiloso – disse Malvina à CBN. – Utilizou um processo que possa configurar, talvez, mas isso é a Polícia Federal que vai nos dizer, semelhante a um furto.
