O promotor de Justiça de Barra do Corda, Jorge Ribeiro, em resposta a perguntas no Grupo BDC, no facebook, garante que o concurso público realizado pela prefeitura barra-cordense em dezembro de 2009, “foi anulado administrativamente em abril de 2011, através de portaria devidamente publicada no Diário Oficial do Maranhão.”
Acrescentou o promotor, que atualmente corre na justiça comum, recurso que declara nulas as nomeações realizadas em cumprimento às decisões liminares da Justiça do Trabalho, porque não se poderiam nomear “candidatos a um concurso já anulado.”
Explicou o promotor que o Superior Tribunal de Justiça deverá apreciar, ainda este mês, “a incompetência absoluta da Justiça do Trabalho para apreciar questões relacionadas ao concurso público.”
Em Barra do Corda, os aprovados no concurso público da prefeitura reuniram-se na quinta-feira 3, no auditório da Academia Barra-Cordense Letras, e decidiram levar uma Comissão ao promotor Jorge Ribeiro para interceder pela não anulação do concurso público.
