O Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão (TJMA) realiza neste domingo, 3, na Faculdade Fama (Turu), a primeira etapa do concurso público para juiz de Direito substituto de entrância inicial, com disputa de 31 vagas por aprovação e formação de cadastro reserva. Nesta primeira fase, os 2.983 candidatos habilitados cumprirão cinco horas seguidas de prova objetiva.
O seletivo terá início às 8h e término às 13h, informou o CESPE/UNB, o organizador do concurso. Os candidatos devem chegar ao local da prova uma hora antes do fechamento dos portões – ou seja, às 7h –, de acordo com exigência do edital do certame. O resultado desta etapa será divulgado em abril.
Quem for fazer a prova vai encontrar fiscais do CESPE/UNB distribuídos por salas, corredores e áreas externas do prédio. Não serão permitidos aparelhos eletrônicos de qualquer tipo – a exemplo de celulares, gravadores, transmissores, câmeras fotográficas, notebooks – que possam interferir na segurança e lisura do seletivo.
Quem portar algum desses dispositivos deve guardá-lo em envelope fornecido pelo organizador. Será desclassificado o candidato que descumprir a norma. Os candidatos passarão por detector de metais à entrada e saída de banheiros. A comissão de concurso, presidida pelo juiz de Direito Luís Carlos Dutra dos Santos, vai ocupar sala da FAMA e decidir sobre eventuais pendências. O juiz requereu duas viaturas policiais em complemento às medidas de segurança.
Este é o primeiro concurso para juiz de Direito promovido pelo TJMA desde 2008 (quando também foram oferecidas 31 vagas), e o primeiro preparado na gestão do desembargador-presidente Antonio Guerreiro Júnior. “Os aprovados ao final do certame irão atuar como juiz substituto em comarcas de entrância inicial, no interior do Estado, e sob indicação exclusiva da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça”, lembra Guerreiro Júnior.
O concurso terá seis etapas. Além da prova objetiva seletiva haverá provas discursiva e oral (de caráter eliminatório e classificatório), e de prática de sentença. Os aprovados passarão por série de outros exames, que incluem desde sindicância da vida pregressa e investigação social, exames de sanidade física e mental, psicotécnico, avaliação de títulos e curso de formação inicial para ingresso na magistratura (de caráter eliminatório e realizado pela Esmam).
Das vagas abertas, e as que vierem a ser criadas no prazo de validade do concurso, 5% serão preenchidas por candidatos com algum tipo de deficiência. Eles participarão do concurso em igualdade de condição com os demais concorrentes. O tempo das provas, somente para eles, poderá ser estendido em até 60 minutos.
Alteração no edital
A requerimento de um candidato, a comissão alterou os itens 8.1 e 8.2.1 do edital, adequando-os ao artigo 51 da Resolução nº 51/2010-TJMA. Os dois itens passam a ter a seguinte redação: “A segunda etapa do Concurso será composta por 2 (duas) provas escritas: prova discursiva (composta de 5 questões) e prova prática de sentença (composta de duas sentenças)…(…)”, diz o primeiro; no segundo caso, o texto observa que “cada uma das 5 (cinco) questões da prova discursiva valerá 2,0 (dois) pontos e a nota da prova discursiva será a soma das notas obtidas em cada questão”.
Também são membros da comissão do concurso do TJMA os juízes Antônio Luiz de Almeida Silva, Clésio Coelho Cunha e Wilson Manoel de Freitas Filho, o advogado Rodrigo Pires Ferreira Lago e a secretária Phedra Márcia Pires da Fonseca.
